Critical Area / Pick-Up Point Notice

Please note that some destinations are classified as critical areas or pick-up point service areas only. For these locations, door-to-door delivery may not be available, and the consignee may be required to collect the balikbayan box from the designated pick-up point.

Any costs incurred by the sender or consignee in collecting the box, including transport, fuel, handling, storage, or other related expenses, shall be the responsibility of the sender/consignee and will not be reimbursed by FOREXNZ Freight Forwarder, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance of the box for shipment confirms that the sender understands and agrees that final delivery may be subject to the applicable critical-area or pick-up point restrictions at destination.
